1I have been buying a web hosting service from this company.
- Starting from August the service encountered frequent downtimes (12 times in August, 8 times in September).
I submitted a support ticket but the ticket was never answered (until this moment). Subsequent communications were also left unanswered.
- The company promises 24/7 support on its first page while I have not been able to contact them since August.
- Finally I tried to bring out my websites from their server but server malfunction did not allow me to produce proper backups. I contacted and opened another ticket which remained unanswered again until this moment.
- The bad service, lack of support and problems in migrating out from the service has caused hundreds of dollars of damage to my time and business.
